Cliffs Realty has announced record-breaking Q1 2022 real estate sales by its brokerage teams totaling $55,732,811 across 74 transactions, which represents a 45% increase in volume and a 13% increase in transactions from the same period last year, which was at the time the most successful first quarter in the company’s history.    

Many golf communities are adding pint-sized courses which appeal to children as well as to parents who lack the time to play 18 holes.
