Oyster Fest

The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards

Members were delighted by a smorgasbord of dining delicacies from Charleston Chicken Bog to Smoked Pork Loin, but there was one star of the show: Oysters. Diners could sample Oysters on the Half Shell with a variety of sauces, Oysters Rockefeller with a Vermouth Cream Sauce, and Cornmeal Fried Oysters with a Yellow Pepper Remoulade. Musician Tim White provided the event entertainment.
