The Cliffs Valley
The event was a perfect pairing of learning and entertainment for the wine novice and connoisseur alike. Instructors from the Tenuta Torciano winery in Tuscany shared insight on their wine-making process, wine-tasting etiquette, and wine and food pairings. Members were treated to a tasting of the winery’s oils, vinegars, and exclusive wines not sold in stores.
