The Cliffs is pleased to announce that Cliffs Builders has hired Mark Rowan as project engineer. Rowan will supervise the construction process for Golf Ridge at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, a new collection of 19 homesites overlooking the community’s Gary Player Signature golf course.
